Turkey Burger with Potato Veggie Side
Fab side potato/vegies
Olive oil
Thinly sliced white or golden potatoes
Cauliflower -small flowerets
Small, diced fennel
Asparagus, ½ inch bottom sliced, 1” tops
Sea salt
Lay potatoes flat on one side of medium sized pan
Fill other side with vegetables on medium/low heat
Cover and saute until browned, turning occasionally

Black bean vegie or turkey burger
Olive oil
¼ Thinly sliced yellow onion
1 thinly sliced serrano or jalapeno pepper
Dash of sea salt
Saute until browned

Gluten free bread, browned in olive oil
Baby greens with chopped cilantro
Mayo/ketchup
Fresh sliced avocado
